This age group is flourishing and won the England Hockey U16 Championships in April 2024. We regularly provide two squads, both playing competitive hockey in Tier 1 and Tier 2 of the South Central Region. The A Team plays Tier 1 hockey so we are pitched against some of the best teams in the country. Our focus for this team is playing in the top tier rather than the local competition. We travel a bit more but the quality of hockey is great.

The 2nd squad usually comprise our U15s and these girls are also playing at a great standard, usually playing the A Teams from other local clubs. All of the girls in the age group are playing ladies' hockey and are training at least once a week with their senior teams. We have U16 players in every one of the 8 teams in the ladies section. This includes 2-3 players in each of the Ladies 1s - 3s teams.

We are very keen to push our players into County hockey and often contribute a significant number of players to the Oxfordshire squads. A good number of our girls are also in the Regional Talent Academy.

The squads are supported by a strong coaching group with significant coaching and playing experience at all levels of the game.
