The Wildcats concept is developed further at U18s. The invitation for joining up the concepts is widened out from the U16s to other clubs in Oxfordshire. The collaboration produces a fantastic squad of players competing at Tier 1 and tier 2 levels against the leading clubs in the South that would otherwise lose the opportunity to play junior hockey.
Players need to register with OHC for administrative reasons but the arrangement fully respects the identity of the clubs involved. Their Primary club remains the one with which they play adult hockey.
